Realisation

Realisation:

OK so to put it simply I'm unfit and overweight.

Over the past two years I've gone from a very active person who would workout/run 3/4 times a week to a slob. Over the last few months I've attempted to "get active" but have struggled to maintain any sort of program. I thought by documenting my trials and tribulations through this blog it would get me motivation and provide me with accountability for getting back on track.
